Hey everyone, well Jun and Mario are married now. It was an interesting day. The rain messed us up a little bit, but it finally stopped and we were able to have the ceremony outside. It was a small intimate gathering with just family. Thanks to the Martinez and Liu families for making Jonathan, Charleston and myself feel at home with them. Mario and Jun- Jonathan, Charleston, and I want to wish many many years of happiness together.

On a personal note, I want to thank Jonathan and Charleston very much for all of their help. I couldn't have done it without y'all.

I had the opportunity to photograph Mario and Jun last week at the Botanical Garden. It was very hot, but we had a great time anyway. They are a great couple and they were great to work with. Jonathan Moral and I will also have the opportunity to photograph their wedding coming up on Labor Day weekend. A special thanks to Charleston for all of her help and keeping me hydrated:-) Here is a sneak peek of three images from the day. Check back in a couple of days for a slideshow. Mom(Becky) and I took Daniel Lee(her grandson, my nephew) to Nashville to the zoo last Monday. We had a great time. I think I had more fun than DL. Here are a few images of the animals. God has definitlely created some very interesting creatures.

We went into an area called Lorikeet Landing. These are beautiful friendly birds from Australia. They would lick the sweat off of you which was a little freaky. It gave me the chills. Here is Daniel Lee with a couple of them on him. I also got some great shots of the giraffes. They are very graceful and very tall!!!

Here are a couple of my favorite guys. The tall guy is my nephew Preston and the other good lookin' fellow is his best bud and cousin Ethan. The will be starting their senior year at New Hope High School on Monday. I want to wish them the best on their senior year and a great year on the football field. Hey Guys,

This is my first entry to the blog. The first of many more to come. This is our neice Chelsea. Yes, we have two neices named Chelsea (Chelsi). This Chelsea lives in Michigan and she is a cowgirl. She has been around horses all of her life. I went to Michigan the last week in June and did her portraits. We went to several different places and did a variety of shots. She is a very lovely young lady and I know her parents and grandparents are very proud of her. Here are a couple of images of her that I shot.

Hey gang!

I had the opportunity to photograph Cindy's and Todd's awesome outdoor wedding this past weekend. Amidst tornado sirens and torrential downpours at times, we had a small window of no rain which provided the perfect setting for a wonderful outdoor garden wedding. Glenda and Bob put so much work into the garden that it would have been a shame not to be able to use it. And I couldn't believe all of Glenda's friends chipping in to help out. It was just beautiful. Here are a few images from the wedding that I wanted to share with you. I'll be working on the wedding book this week and hope to have the initial design ready to view very soon.

Hey gang!

We had a fantastic photo shoot with Anna and Michael in Nashville this past Friday and thought we'd share a few images from the session. Nashville has several wonderful parks that provide numerous opportunities for photography. We started our session in Sevier Park near Lipscomb University and finished off at Centennial Park close to Vanderbilt University. Afterward, we took Anna and Michael out to eat at an awesome Mexican Restaurant in the Green Hills area called La Paz. In a word, Wonderful!
